Eligibility
Use of Virelya and purchase of consultations or products requires that you are legally capable of entering into contracts. Services are intended for adult professionals and business owners who can form binding agreements.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase paid consultations or enter into a paid agreement with Virelya. If you are under 18, you may browse the blog content but should not complete purchases without consent from a legal guardian.
You agree to use Virelya for lawful purposes only and not for fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities. Any use that violates applicable laws or these terms may result in account suspension or termination.
Certain services, payment options, or features may not be available in every country. It is your responsibility to ensure Virelya services are lawful and available in your jurisdiction.
Account Terms
Creating an account allows you to book consultations, manage purchases, and access subscriber-only content. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must provide accurate information.
You agree to keep your contact and billing information up to date. Inaccurate information may prevent successful delivery of services or communications.
Protect your account credentials and notify Virelya immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not responsible for losses resulting from compromised credentials when reasonable security measures were not followed.
Accounts and subscriptions are personal and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing by Virelya.
If you believe your account has been compromised, notify support immediately at [email protected] so we can take steps to secure your account.
We may suspend or restrict access to accounts that violate these terms, for nonpayment, or to protect the platform or other users.
Services
Virelya provides blog content, coaching articles, paid one-on-one consultations, group sessions, and donation-supported resources. Paid consultations are scheduled via our booking system and may include preparatory materials, session notes, and follow-up guidance as described at point of sale.
Virelya may modify services, pricing, or product features. Changes will be posted on the site and, where material, communicated to affected customers in advance when feasible.
Sessions are subject to availability and scheduled in Singapore time zones. Virelya will make reasonable efforts to provide services as described but may adjust schedules for operational reasons.
User Content
User content includes comments, reviews, or materials you submit to Virelya. You remain responsible for your submissions and must ensure they do not infringe third-party rights.
You retain ownership of content you create. By submitting content to Virelya, you grant Virelya a license to use, reproduce, and display that content to operate and promote the services as described in these terms.
You grant Virelya a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute user content for the purpose of providing and promoting the services, including inclusion in marketing and educational materials.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content. Virelya is not responsible for user-submitted content and may remove content that violates these terms.
Virelya may remove or disable access to user content that is alleged to infringe third-party rights, violates these terms, or is otherwise inappropriate, with or without notice.
Paid Services
Paid services include one-on-one coaching sessions, group workshops, digital products, and subscription offerings. Payment is required to secure bookings and access to paid materials.
Prices are displayed in the checkout and may include applicable taxes or fees. Pricing may vary by service type and locale. Virelya will charge the amount shown at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. You authorize Virelya and its payment partners to charge your chosen method for the fees associated with the services.
Subscription services renew automatically unless cancelled. You will be notified of renewal and can cancel future renewals from your account settings or by contacting support.
Refunds are evaluated case-by-case. For scheduled consultations, cancellations made at least 48 hours before the session may be eligible for a refund or credit; cancellations with less notice are subject to the cancellation policy described at purchase. Refund requests should be directed to [email protected].
To cancel or reschedule a consultation, use the booking link provided in your confirmation or contact support. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may affect future booking privileges.
You are responsible for any local taxes, duties, or fees applicable to purchases. Virelya will collect taxes where required by law.
Virelya may change prices for services at any time. Price changes do not affect bookings already confirmed unless otherwise stated at purchase.
Failure to pay for services may result in suspension of access to paid materials and termination of scheduled sessions.
Termination
Virelya may suspend or terminate access to services for breaches of these terms, nonpayment, or misuse. You may cancel subscriptions or services per the cancellation terms, but termination by you does not relieve outstanding payment obligations.
Upon termination, access to paid content and scheduled sessions may be revoked. Termination does not affect rights or liabilities accrued prior to termination.
